Accessibility
We want all visitors to feel informed and prepared when using the space at 4 Victoria Street, Skipton. Due to the age and layout of the building, there are some accessibility limitations to be aware of:
Building access: The entrance is at ground level, but the doorframe will only accommodate small wheelchairs. There is no lift and access to the upstairs area is via a steep staircase.
Support for limited mobility: While the space is not fully wheelchair accessible, meetings can take place on the ground floor in the lounge area for those who are unable to manage stairs or have a small wheelchair.
Accessible Toilets: Toilet facilities are located on the second floor and are only accessible via stairs. The nearest public disabled toilets are located at Coach Street Car Park (BD23 1LQ), approximately 2 minutes' walk away. Costa Coffee on the High Street also has disabled toilet facilities for customer use.
